Surf Life Saving Appeal Week

This week sees the annual appeal for Surf Life Saving - a worthy cause if ever there was. It also sees the IRB competition kicking off at Papamoa beach tomorrow morning. Crews and their gear are already here and getting organised. Security detail is in place over night as thousands of dollars worth of gear has now where to be safely stored.
